- Purchase the SIM plan, Redemption Voucher will be emailed within 24 hours
- Upon arrival at Changi Airport, visit Changi Recommend booth
- Exchange the Redemption Voucher for Changi Mobile SIM Card (passport activation required)
Redemption Voucher has a 90 days expiry from date of purchase
