    **Social Media Data Usage Terms

    Social media data is available for use with the following mobile apps:

    • Using Facebook (including Facebook Messenger, Mobile Web, and facebook.com)
    • Instagram
    • WhatsApp
    • LINE
    • WeChat

    Exclusions:

    • Designated app downloads and updates
    • In-app location-based and check-in features
    • Playing videos via WeChat Moment
    • Using WeChat wallet
    • Accessing or downloading content from or redirecting to other websites or applications within the designated apps
    • Any extra mobile data required by pop-up messages

    Any other non-waived mobile data usage will be deducted from the local mobile data allowance.
    The designated social mobile apps are provided by third-party suppliers. The content and settings of these social apps may change without notice. TravelKon is not responsible for any usage or any liability incurred.


    Troubleshooting Guide

    eSIM not working? Don’t stress! Follow this guide to get you up and running.

    1. Disable VPN and any secondary SIM/eSIM lines (for dual SIM phones)
    2. Connect to Wi-Fi and disable airplane mode before scanning the eSIM
    3. Confirm mobile data is sourced from our eSIM (i.e. the correct eSIM profile is selected)
    4. Turn data roaming on (Android: select all network)
    5. Wait up to 10 minutes for activation to occur
    6. APN: mobile.three.com.hk | Username: [blank]  Password: [blank] (Android: select manually)
    7. Turn off automatic network selection and manually choose from the list below.
    8. Restart your phone and/or turn on and off airplane mode
