- Apn should be “internet” (if it is not automatic)
- Reset the phone (turn off / on)

To use it was super easy too. Inserted SIM into phone whilst still in the air (and phone was in plane mode) … Then as soon as planned landed in South Korea, flicked back to normal mode and SIM was active and working perfectly.
