Troubleshooting Guide
Please insert the SIM card only when you land at your destination otherwise the SIM may be activated in Australia.
The SIM card activates when you insert the SIM card into your phone, our SIM generally works with no issues, however if you encounter any issues with the SIM, please check the following:
- Insert the SIM into your phone, turn off any other SIM and any VPN (if applicable)
- Turn data roaming on (Android: select all network)
- Turn on mobile data and wait at least 5-10 minutes for activation – do NOT change any settingsÂ
- APN should be “internet” (if it is not automatic)
- Network operator should be automatically selected but if it isn’t please select manually to the network operators listed below
- Turn phone off, take out the SIM, insert the SIM back and turn phone on -> repeat the steps above
- Please contact us if the above steps still does not work

Easy to use and very convenient. It works wonder especially when you are travelling to multiple countries during the trip. There’s a small hiccup during one of the country changeover but the consultant managed to resolved pretty quickly when contacted
The data Sim had good signal in Hong Kong but weak signal in Hanoi, and no signal in Sapa Vietnam. I wouldn’t buy it again.
