Activating your Travel SIM Card
This SIM card require activation by us, we will activate the SIM card based on the Activation date(s) you provide at checkout, if your travel date changes simply inform us minimum 5 days in advance. Ensure data roaming is turned on (where applicable) and restart the phone to get the data working. If you have multiple SIM cards and want to activate them on different dates, please write the dates in the notes section at checkout.
If you’re unsure about your Activation Dates, you can enter your estimated date/s for your SIMs. Once you know your dates, please let us know via email at [email protected] or via our live chat.
Note: Please do not try to activate the card yourself as it may interfere with the activation process, if the data is not working please contact us first so we can investigate, live chat options are available via FB messenger and WhatsApp.

This is the 3rd SIM card for the US I’ve purchased. Last two worked perfectly, not expecting any problems with this latest one when I use it for my trip
I had never heard of TravelKon before, but a friend recommended it to me and I’m so grateful she did. We just returned from a trip in the states and the service was easy to set up as we didn’t need to do anything apart from switching the cards in our phones. Service and coverage were great! We had coverage everywhere we went and the package we selected provided ample data for the entirety of the trip. I’ll be using TravelKon on my next trip!
