Important Information

1. Acceptance of Terms
By participating, entrants confirm they accept these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility
This giveaway is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of TravelKon, its affiliated entities, and immediate family members are ineligible to enter.

3. Entry Requirements
To enter, participants must:

Follow @travelkon.au on Instagram.
Like the giveaway post, comment with #travelkon, and tag three friends (friends must also follow @travelkon.au).
Optional bonus entries: Share the post to their Instagram story and tag @travelkon.au (story must be public). An additional entry is available by following @travelkon on TikTok and sending a DM.
Each participant may submit up to three entries. Participants must ensure their profiles are public during the giveaway period to allow entry verification.

4. Giveaway Period
Entries will be accepted until 11:59 PM AWST, December 9, 2024. Winners will be announced on December 19, 2024, via TravelKon’s Instagram Story.

5. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be chosen at random from eligible entries. If a participant’s name is drawn more than once, only the highest available prize will be awarded to that person. Additionally, each prize must be awarded to a unique individual from a different household. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, TravelKon will attempt to contact them two more times over the next 48 hours. If no response is received, an alternate winner will be selected.

6. Prizes and Redemption
Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable, with no cash alternatives available.
If a prize becomes unavailable, TravelKon reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or higher value.
TravelKon is not responsible for any issues regarding voucher validity or use with third-party vendors (e.g., Jetstar).
Each prize may have specific conditions or expiration dates for use. Winners are solely responsible for adhering to these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TravelKon is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from this giveaway or the awarding of prizes. TravelKon is also not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or errors that may affect entry submissions, prize notifications, or winner selection. TravelKon is also not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of third-party prizes, such as vouchers.

8. Tax Responsibility
All applicable taxes, duties, or other government fees arising from winning the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

9. Privacy
Winners agree to provide their name, address, email, and phone number if requested for prize fulfillment. By entering, participants consent to TravelKon publicly sharing their names and social media usernames on TravelKon’s social media channels if selected as winners.

10. Right to Disqualify
TravelKon reserves the right to disqualify any entry that appears fraudulent or to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions. This includes, but is not limited to, entries that use fake accounts, bots, or other deceptive means.

11. Permit Compliance
This giveaway complies with all applicable state regulations within Australia. Any required permits for a random draw will be obtained in compliance with regulations in relevant states.

12. Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond TravelKon’s reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, platform outages), TravelKon reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway.

13. Governing Law
This giveaway is governed by the laws of Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Australian courts.

14. Platform Independence
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok. By entering, participants release these platforms from any liability related to the giveaway.
