Important Notes

TikTok and ChatGPT will NOT work
Adding the eSIM outside the coverage country may result in a “failed activation,” which is normal. The eSIM will activate once you reach your destination.
Activation required in HK you will receive a text message with the KYC link upon arrival, click the link and follow the prompt – passport upload is required
Check network coverage in your intended travel areas; Coverage issues are outside our control and we do not offer refunds.
Fair Usage Policy – this eSIM includes 1.5GB of high-speed data per day. After reaching the limit, speeds are reduced to 1Mbps until midnight, when the max speed is restored.

Troubleshooting Guide

eSIM not working? Don’t stress! Follow this guide to get you up and running.

Disable VPN and any secondary SIM/eSIM lines (for dual SIM phones)
Connect to Wi-Fi and disable airplane mode before scanning the eSIM
Confirm mobile data is sourced from our eSIM (i.e. the correct eSIM profile is selected)
Turn data roaming on (Android: select all network)
Wait up to 10 minutes for activation to occur
APN: mobile.three.com.hk | Username: [blank] Password: [blank] (Android: select manually)
Turn off automatic network selection and manually choose from the list below.
Restart your phone and/or turn on and off airplane mode

Ideal eSim for south East asia

We got 3 eSims for the family. We had good connectivity and 5G connectivity in Kuala Lumpur, Langkawi, Hanoi and Ninh Bin. The sim operator is 3HK, so there were restrictions to accessing some websites.

Worked perfectly

We got two of these eSims for our trip to Singapore and Japan. One in a Samsung phone and one in a Xiaomi phone. Installed and activated them before we left and they worked instantly when we landed. Got 5G most of the time, 4G+ in some areas. Always had a good fast connection. Very happy. On a previous trip to Japan I got the Japan eSim but with the great result from the Asia eSim I will get this again.
