  • For travel date beyond 90 days from purchase, eSIM QR code will be sent once travel date is within 90 days
  • Scan the QR code and enter the confirmation code to add the eSIM to your eSIM compatible phone
• For immediate use, allow up to 24 hours for activation

Troubleshooting Guide

eSIM not working? Don’t stress! Follow this guide to get you up and running.

1. Disable VPN and any secondary SIM/eSIM lines (for dual SIM phones)
2. Confirm mobile data is sourced from our eSIM (i.e. the correct eSIM profile is selected)
3. Turn data roaming on (Android: select all network)
4. Wait up to 10 minutes for activation to occur
5. APN: airtelwap.es | Username / Password: (leave blank) (Android: select manually)
6. Network operator should be set as automatic
7. Restart your phone and/or turn on and off airplane mode
