    • Purchase your eSIM plan, eSIM QR code will be sent via email by within 24 hours
    • For travel date beyond 90 days from purchase, eSIM QR code will be sent once travel date is within 90 days
    • Scan the QR code and enter the confirmation code to add the eSIM to your eSIM compatible phone
  • For immediate use, allow up to 24 hours for activation

Important Notes

  • To ensure a smooth activation, your eSIM will be activated one day prior to the activation date
  • Unsure about activation dates? Enter an estimate. Once dates are confirmed, email us at support@travelkon.com.au or use live chat
  • To get the full 28 days, set travel date as one day later. Note activation is between 08:00 AM and 21:00 PM local time.
  • Do not activate the eSIM yourself as it may interfere with the activation process, if data isn’t working contact us via live chat.

Troubleshooting Guide

eSIM not working? Don’t stress! Follow this guide to get you up and running.

  1. Disable VPN and any secondary SIM/eSIM lines (for dual SIM phones)
  2. Confirm mobile data is sourced from our eSIM (i.e. the correct eSIM profile is selected)
  3. Turn data roaming on (Android: select all network)
  4. Wait up to 10 minutes for activation to occur
  5. APN: airtelwap.es | Username / Password: (leave blank) (Android: select manually)
  6. Network operator should be set as automatic
  7. Restart your phone and/or turn on and off airplane mode

Seamless operation and excellent support as it was my first time using an eSIM. Much better than purchasing a physical sim as once you move from one country to another you need to physically move a small amount of currency to your account to ensure the physical sim works. eSIM work perfectly.
