eSIM not working? Don’t stress! Follow this guide to get you up and running.

Disable VPN and any secondary SIM/eSIM lines (for dual SIM phones)
Connect to Wi-Fi and disable airplane mode before scanning the eSIM
Confirm mobile data is sourced from our eSIM (i.e. the correct eSIM profile is selected)
Wait up to 10 minutes for activation to occur
APN: unitel3g | Username: [blank] Password: [blank] (Android: select manually)
Turn off automatic network selection and manually choose from the list below.
Restart your phone and/or turn on and off airplane mode

Amazing customer service

We had just bought new phones and needed a lot of help setting up eSIMs for Laos and Vietnam. The help was via WhatsApp which was a bit of a challenge also but once setup the staff at TravelKon stuck around until both phones were connected. We were glad we had chosen an Australian company as I expect this would have been much harder with a call centre type operation. Also we had great reception ina all the places we visited in both countries. Highly recommend TravelKon for eSim
