Important Notes

  • Install the eSIM one day prior to departure or upon arrival at your destination to avoid accidental activation outside coverage countries.
  • Do not delete the eSIM as it cannot be reinstalled and please purchase carefully as no refunds are available once the eSIM is sent.
  • Can receive calls and texts
  • No international calls outside Europe
  • ⚠️ Full data only in the UK. In Europe & other countries (Go Roam), usage is capped, refer above on “what’s included”

Troubleshooting Guide

eSIM not working? Don’t stress! Follow this guide to get you up and running.

  1. Disable VPN and any secondary SIM/eSIM lines (for dual SIM phones)
  2. Connect to Wi-Fi and disable airplane mode before scanning the eSIM [enter the 4 digit “install code”]
  3. Confirm mobile data is sourced from our SIM (i.e. the correct SIM profile is selected)
  4. Turn data roaming on (Android: select all network)
  5. Wait up to 10 minutes for activation to occur
  6. APN: three.co.uk | Username: [blank] | Password: [blank] (Android: select manually)
  7. Network operator should be set as automatic
  8. Restart your phone and/or turn on and off airplane mode
