How do AT&T eSIMs work? Check our eSIM setup guide
- Purchase your eSIM plan, provide EID and IMEI2 numbers by dialling *#06#
- AT&T eSIM do not have QR code, eSIM will be push directly into your phone on your chosen activation date
- Go to Settings > Mobile > Add eSIM, the AT&T eSIM will appear
- Turn on data roaming (in Canada & Mexico) to use the eSIM
For immediate use, allow up to 24 hours for activation

Important Notes

eSIM activation will occur on the activation date specified between 9 AM and 5 PM New York time (GMT-5). We recommend entering your activation date one day earlier for smooth activation.
*The $84 plan has a 30GB limit in the USA & Mexico, after which the speed will be reduced to 1Mbps, the $94 plan does not have the 30GB limit.

Troubleshooting Guide

eSIM not working? Don’t stress! Follow this guide to get you up and running.

Disable VPN and any secondary SIM/eSIM lines (for dual SIM phones)
Connect to Wi-Fi and go to Settings > Mobile > Add eSIM to add the AT&T eSIM.
Confirm mobile data is sourced from our eSIM (i.e. the correct eSIM profile is selected)
Turn data roaming on (Android: select all network)
Wait up to 10 minutes for activation to occur
APN: NXTGENPHONE | Username: [blank] | Password: [blank] (Android: select manually)
Set the network operator to automatic. For Canada and Mexico, select manually, refer to the list below
Restart your phone and/or turn on and off airplane mode

Excellent Service

I bought a Canada and the USA eSIM which I have just used for a month. My decision to use TravelKon was based largely on the glowing reviews - and I now have to echo them - the service was excellent. I arrived at my destination tired after a long flight and needing to connect. While following instructions, I hit a hitch and their online chat promptly and patiently set me in the right direction. One or two other queries were answered equally promptly. Keep it up TravelKon, such rare service.

Excellent support and value eSIM coverage USA Japan Canada Europe

I haven’t activate this service yet till end of July to be used. Will see how good they are. Hopefully as good what they said and recommend by pointhacks and product reviews by travelers

Rubbish

Bought this thinking it would be better than my international roaming.

Wrong.

Internet was slower than my roaming, could send messages, but couldn’t make a single phone call.

Never again.
