Troubleshooting Guide
eSIM not working? Don’t stress! Follow this guide to get you up and running.
- Disable VPN and any secondary SIM/eSIM lines (for dual SIM phones)
- Connect to Wi-Fi, once eSIM is activated you will receive a notification from Verizon to add your eSIM
- If activation fail you may try scanning the QR code which can be found on our order confirmation email or on Verizon Website
- Confirm mobile data is sourced from our eSIM (i.e. the correct eSIM profile is selected)
- Turn data roaming on (Android: select all network)
- Wait up to 10 minutes for activation to occur
- APN: vzwinternet | Username: [blank] | Password: [blank] (Android: select manually)
- Set the network operator to automatic. For Canada and Mexico, select manually, refer to the list below
- Restart your phone and/or turn on and off airplane mode

Quick delivery and quickly connected without any hassles
Repeat customer here. Sim came in clutch at airport upon arrival. At LAX, normal queue had 500 people, but MPC queue had 5. App would not submit over free wifi, but it worked perfectly as soon as I inserted my Sim. Well worth it for that queue cutting alone. Landing to pickup zone was 40 minutes for me. Data coverage in LA + surrounds solid so far, no dramas

I've recently cancelled my trip, contacted Travelkon who promptly assisted with extending the activation a suitable date in 2026.
My first time using eSIMS. Had no issues whatsoever, connection immediate once we activated at LAX. Only way to go and highly recommend TravelKon.
