Important Notes
- Adding the eSIM outside the coverage country may result in a “failed activation,” which is normal. The eSIM will activate once you reach your destination.

- Make your purchase carefully as no refunds will be provided once the eSIM is sent
- Check network coverage in your intended travel areas; Coverage issues are outside our control and we do not offer refunds.
Troubleshooting Guide
eSIM not working? Don’t stress! Follow this guide to get you up and running.
- Disable VPN and any secondary SIM/eSIM lines (for dual SIM phones)
- Connect to Wi-Fi and disable airplane mode before scanning the eSIM.
- Confirm mobile data is sourced from our eSIM (i.e. the correct eSIM profile is selected)
- Wait up to 10 minutes for activation to occur
- APN: v-internet | Username: vertigo | Password: [blank] (Android: select manually)
- Set the network operator to automatic
- Restart your phone and/or turn on and off airplane mode

I had set up my eSIM in Australia, got the “failed to load” or whatever info…but as soon as we landed in Vietnam, had perfect reception and absolutely no issues at all during the 8 days in central Vietnam. Will be using Travelkon again next time I head o/s. Thanks for an easy to set up sim, and a stress-free time being able to keep contact and sharing pics and videos via WhatsApp to my family back home.

This SIM was quick to deliver, easy to install and the Viettel has the best coverage all over Vietnam. I ran out of data in Vietnam and purchased another one over WiFi and within 10 minutes I was back up and running again. Highly recommend!
