Important Notes

  • SIM will not work on Modem/Mifi/Pocket Wifi devices
  • Insert the SIM card upon arrival at your destination to avoid accidental activation outside coverage countries.

  • Data speed in general may be “slow”, we cannot offer assistance or refunds for slow speeds with this local SIM product. By purchasing the SIM, you acknowledge this risk.

Troubleshooting Guide

SIM not working? Don’t stress! Follow this guide to get you up and running

  1. Disable VPN and any secondary SIM/eSIM lines (for dual SIM phones)
  2. Turn phone off, remove the SIM, insert the SIM back and turn phone on
  3. Confirm mobile data is sourced from our SIM (i.e. the correct SIM profile is selected)
  4. Wait up to 10 minutes for activation to occur
  5. Set APN and network operator as automatic, adjust only if not working
    6.1 APN: “internet” | Username: [blank] | Password: [blank] (Android: select manually)
    6.2 Turn off automatic network selection and manually choose from the list below
  6. Restart your phone and/or turn on and off airplane mode
  7. Still not working? Chat with us live, we’re here to help!

Great coverage in Vietnam & Cambodia. Never had a problem. Price was very reasonable. A bit tricky (probably my fault) to get it up and running. Contacted Travelkon and had immediate support. Will definitely buy again when going overseas.

Works a treat, great value!
I used a TravelKon esim for Japan in January and it worked a treat. I looked around out of curiosity at other options but TravelKon still provides the best value for money for whatI need. 20GB of data has been perfect for me, set up was quick and easy and worked as soon as we landed in Singapore. And it's worked perfectly across Malaysia & Indonesia. Highly recommended! Until our next overseas trip. ..
