Important Notes

  • The default pin is 0000
  • Purchase carefully & review the data allowance for the zone you are travelling to, as no refunds are available once the eSIM is sent.
  • eSIM must not be deleted, as it cannot be reinstalled, and no refunds are available.

Troubleshooting Guide

eSIM not working? Don’t stress! Follow this guide to get you up and running.

  1. Disable VPN and any secondary SIM/eSIM lines (for dual SIM phones)
  2. Connect to Wi-Fi and disable airplane mode before scanning the eSIM.
  3. Confirm mobile data is sourced from our eSIM (i.e. the correct eSIM profile is selected)
  4. Turn data roaming on (Android: select all network)
  5. Wait up to 10 minutes for activation to occur
  6. Enter the default pin: 0000
  7. APN: orange | Username: orange | Password: orange (Android: select manually)
  8. Network operator should be set as automatic, if not working try selecting each supported network manually
  9. Restart your phone and/or turn on and off airplane mode

The eSIM has been great. In fact without it we would have had an issue trying to contact people after our travel card & credit card were stolen. With the eSIM & the data it provided we could contact all our necessary providers.
