Follow these steps to get connected:
1. Turn off VPN
Disable VPN and any secondary SIM/eSIM lines.
2. Connect to Wi-Fi
Turn off airplane mode before installing the eSIM.
3. Check mobile data
Make sure mobile data is set to the TravelKon eSIM, not your main SIM.
4. Turn data roaming on
Enable data roaming for the correct eSIM line.
5. Wait up to 10 minutes
Activation may take a few minutes after installation or arrival.
6. Check the APN
Check the APN on the product page and enter it manually if required. (Android: select manually)
7. Select a network manually
Turn off automatic network selection and choose an available supported network.
8. Restart your phone
Restart your phone or turn airplane mode on and off.
