Important Notes
- The default pin is 0000
- Insert the SIM card upon arrival at your destination to avoid accidental activation outside coverage countries.
- SIM may not work on Modem/Mifi/Pocket Wifi devices
- Calls and texts may not work outside Europe. Please contact Orange directly for support as we’re unable to issue refunds for this feature does not work.
- Check network coverage in your intended travel areas; Coverage issues are outside our control and we do not offer refunds.
Troubleshooting Guide
SIM not working? Don’t stress! Follow this guide to get you up and running.
- Disable VPN and any secondary SIM/eSIM lines (for dual SIM phones)
- Connect to Wi-Fi and disable airplane mode before scanning the eSIM.
- Confirm mobile data is sourced from our eSIM (i.e. the correct eSIM profile is selected)
- Turn data roaming on (Android: select all network)
- Wait up to 10 minutes for activation to occur
- Enter the default pin: 0000
- APN: orange | Username: orange | Password: orange (Android: select manually)
- Network operator should be set as automatic, if not working try selecting each supported network manually
- Restart your phone and/or turn on and off airplane mode

Having an eSim from TravelKon was the perfect way for me to stay connected on my travels around India and Sri Lanka. I used a low-cost roaming package through Amaysim for my phone and SMS access and the eSim for all my data. It allowed me to stay connected on all channels. I had data connection throughout my trip (cities and rural areas) except for one small patch of about 10 minutes outside a Sri Lankan town. I was very impressed with my eSim performance and would highly recommend.

I ordered a physical sim for my trip to the UK. The sim didn't arrive due to Australia Post messing up the delivery, it was returned to sender. I contacted TravelKon via Whatsapp and they respondend immediately and rectified the issue and resent another sim that arrived just in the nick of time for my trip to the UK. I was very nervous I wasn't going to receive it in time, but it all worked out in the end. The level of service via Whatsapp was absolutely amazing and very responsive. Thank you.
