Important Notes

  • No coverage in Switzerland or the UK
  • To ensure a smooth activation, your SIM will be activated one day prior to the activation date
  • Unsure about activation dates? Enter an estimate. Once dates are confirmed, email us at support@travelkon.com.au or use live chat
  • To get the full 28 days, set travel date as one day later. Note activation is between 08:00 AM and 21:00 PM local time.
  • Do not activate the SIM yourself as it may interfere with the activation process, if data isn’t working contact us via live chat.

Troubleshooting Guide

SIM not working? Don’t stress! Follow this guide to get you up and running.

  1. Disable VPN and any secondary SIM/eSIM lines (for dual SIM phones)
  2. Turn phone off, remove the SIM, insert the SIM back and turn phone on
  3. Confirm mobile data is sourced from our SIM (i.e. the correct SIM profile is selected)
  4. Turn data roaming on (Android: select all network)
  5. Wait up to 10 minutes for activation to occur
  6. APN: orangeworld | Username: orange | Password: orange (Android: select manually)
  7. Network operator should be set as automatic, if not working try selecting each supported network manually
  8. Restart your phone and/or turn on and off airplane mode
