Important Notes
- Install the eSIM one day prior to departure or upon arrival at your destination to avoid accidental activation outside coverage countries.
- Do not delete the eSIM as it cannot be reinstalled and please purchase carefully as no refunds are available once the eSIM is sent.

Troubleshooting Guide
eSIM not working? Don’t stress! Follow this guide to get you up and running.
- Disable VPN and any secondary SIM/eSIM lines (for dual SIM phones)
- Connect to Wi-Fi and disable airplane mode before scanning the eSIM [enter the 4 digit “install code”]
- Confirm mobile data is sourced from our SIM (i.e. the correct SIM profile is selected)
- Turn data roaming on (Android: select all network)
- Wait up to 10 minutes for activation to occur
- APN: three.co.uk | Username: [blank] | Password: [blank] (Android: select manually)
- Network operator should be set as automatic
- Restart your phone and/or turn on and off airplane mode

Having an eSim from TravelKon was the perfect way for me to stay connected on my travels around India and Sri Lanka. I used a low-cost roaming package through Amaysim for my phone and SMS access and the eSim for all my data. It allowed me to stay connected on all channels. I had data connection throughout my trip (cities and rural areas) except for one small patch of about 10 minutes outside a Sri Lankan town. I was very impressed with my eSim performance and would highly recommend.

I ordered a physical sim for my trip to the UK. The sim didn't arrive due to Australia Post messing up the delivery, it was returned to sender. I contacted TravelKon via Whatsapp and they respondend immediately and rectified the issue and resent another sim that arrived just in the nick of time for my trip to the UK. I was very nervous I wasn't going to receive it in time, but it all worked out in the end. The level of service via Whatsapp was absolutely amazing and very responsive. Thank you.
