Important Notes

  • TikTok and ChatGPT will NOT work
  • Adding the eSIM outside the coverage country may result in a “failed activation,” which is normal. The eSIM will activate once you reach your destination.
  • Turn off the eSIM line and do not turn on data roaming until you reach your destination.
  • Check network coverage in your intended travel areas; Coverage issues are outside our control and we do not offer refunds.
  • Fair Usage Policy – this eSIM includes 1.5GB of high-speed data per day. After reaching the limit, speeds are reduced to 1Mbps until midnight, when the max speed is restored.

Troubleshooting Guide

eSIM not working? Don’t stress! Follow this guide to get you up and running.

  1. Disable VPN and any secondary SIM/eSIM lines (for dual SIM phones)
  2. Connect to Wi-Fi and disable airplane mode before scanning the eSIM
  3. Confirm mobile data is sourced from our eSIM (i.e. the correct eSIM profile is selected)
  4. Turn data roaming on (Android: select all network)
  5. Wait up to 10 minutes for activation to occur
  6. APN: mobile.three.com.hk | Username: [blank]  Password: [blank] (Android: select manually)
  7. Turn off automatic network selection and manually choose from the list below.
  8. Restart your phone and/or turn on and off airplane mode

Was easy to set up, had no issues connecting. Internet worked well basically everywhere. Just had issues in one hotel but worked fine once on the.balcony. instagram,messenger,whatsapp, alipay and wechat all worked with no issues

More a 4.5 stars as had a few issues with getting the iphone 16 to work in China but with assistance from sonwho had recently used one, able to work it out.
Works like a charm iand instant western search engines in China due to your vpn, 5 stars. Also an easy process to install on my Samsung even there wasnt an installation link.
Only suggestion is an ability to check data usage on your site as stats on phone are inaccurate.

Great Coverage and Speed – Best Value for Travel Across Greater China
