Important Notes

  • The eSIM will be sent at 00:01 GMT+1 (Spain time) on your chosen activation date, and the plan activates once it is issued.
  • If you need to install the eSIM before your trip, please choose an earlier activation date accordingly.
  • Unsure about activation dates? Enter an estimate. Any changes require at least 5 business days’ notice, contact support@travelkon.com.au or via live chat.
  • Once the eSIM QR code is sent, the eSIM plan is considered activated and is non-refundable

Troubleshooting Guide

eSIM not working? Don’t stress! Follow this guide to get you up and running.

  1. Disable VPN and any secondary SIM/eSIM lines (for dual SIM phones)
  2. Confirm mobile data is sourced from our eSIM (i.e. the correct eSIM profile is selected)
  3. Turn data roaming on (Android: select all network)
  4. Wait up to 10 minutes for activation to occur
  5. APN: internet | Username / Password: (leave blank) (Android: select manually)
  6. Network operator should be set as automatic
  7. Restart your phone and/or turn on and off airplane mode
  8. Still not working? Chat with us live, we’re here to help!

Seamless operation and excellent support as it was my first time using an eSIM. Much better than purchasing a physical sim as once you move from one country to another you need to physically move a small amount of currency to your account to ensure the physical sim works. eSIM work perfectly.
