- Confirm mobile data is sourced from our SIM (i.e. the correct SIM profile is selected)
- Turn data roaming on (Android: select all network)
- Wait up to 10 minutes for activation to occur
- APN: telefonica.es | Username: telefonica | Password: telefonica (Android: select manually)
- Network operator should be set as automatic
- Restart your phone and/or turn on and off airplane mode

Whilst I have not used this yet, what I can attest to is the great customer service. The fact that I can send a WhatsApp msg and can responses even on weekends means that support and customer service will be available when I use this service for me trip. Great stuff!

After initial difficulties Travelkon contacted me and were very helpful in getting our phones to work. System now working fine.

Data connectivity is good, however could not send sms to local subscribers and would not allow call to electricity company (had a fault i needed to report). Also, any communication that i received was in Spanish!
Hello! Please note we clearly stated there is no sms allowance in the product page. Regarding the calls this works in the local country you are in (EU only and special number excluded). We have also clearly stated this is a Spanish SIM. Please let us know how else we help.

No-frills physical SIM that just works. I would give 5 stars if there were fewer ads. Even though I don’t read them and I don’t understand Spanish, the SMSes can still be annoying.
