Important Notes – activation procedure:

Plug in SIM Card
Wait for an SMS from Club SIM
Click the URL provided and follow the prompt and clearly photograph your passport
Alternatively you can also download the “Club SIM App”, scan the QR code on the SIM card and follow the registration process
Note: Insert the SIM card only when are in Hong Kong and register using the Airport/Hotel Wi-Fi – registration outside Hong Kong will not work.

Troubleshooting Guide

SIM not working after registration? Don’t stress! Follow this guide to get you up and running

Disable VPN and any secondary SIM/eSIM lines (for dual SIM phones)
Turn phone off, remove the SIM, insert the SIM back and turn phone on
Confirm mobile data is sourced from our SIM (i.e. the correct SIM profile is selected)
Set APN and network operator as automatic, adjust only if not working
APN: “mobile” | Username: [blank] | Password: [blank] (Android: select manually)
Restart your phone and/or turn on and off airplane mode

Easy process. Excellent service. Got the sim card in time before departure.

I recently bought Travelkon 100G + 200mins SIM Card for a trip to Hong Kong. Mobile service was good, plenty of data, the initial register process was a bit fiddly but once registered, I did not find any issue with this SIM card.
Would be great if there is a way to check data and call usage. Highly recommend and definitely would buy again for my next trip.

Card worked well for the 2 weeks i was overseas. Ordered travel sim card (not e-sim) late Sunday night, travelling at midnight following Thursday. Paid for express delivery with special instructions alerting TravelKon of impending travel. TravelKon sent sim out promptly on Monday morning, sim card arrived on Wednesday and just in time for my trip. Very happy with the overall service.

Excellent price for the SIM card I bought for HK. Would love to try the e SIM option next time if it has such a good deal as well.
