- Scan the QR code to add the eSIM to your eSIM compatible phone

- eSIM must connect to supported network and be used before expiry date (31 March 2026)

Important Notes
- eSIM plan begins when the QR code is scanned and once eSIM is deleted it cannot be reinstalled
- Adding the eSIM outside the coverage country may result in a “failed activation,” which is normal. The eSIM will activate once you reach your destination.

- Make your purchase carefully as no refunds will be provided once the eSIM is sent

Troubleshooting Guide
eSIM not working? Don’t stress! Follow this guide to get you up and running.
- Disable VPN and any secondary SIM/eSIM lines (for dual SIM phones)
- Connect to Wi-Fi and disable airplane mode before scanning the eSIM
- Confirm mobile data is sourced from our eSIM (i.e. the correct eSIM profile is selected)
- Wait up to 10 minutes for activation to occur
- APN: www.dtac.co.th | Username: [blank] Password: [blank] (Android: select manually)
- Set the network operator to automatic
- Restart your phone and/or turn on and off airplane mode

TravelKon are good to deal with
Followed instructions which were for a phone. I purchased an eSim for my iPad which was in the supported devices list.
Couldn't activate the sim (got a vague error that didn't provide any useful information. Even tried manually adding it following the instructions (same error).
TravelKon were great to deal with, and after considering a poor review I was provided with a full refund.

very affordable and well-connected to local comm network
Well,to start with, I was very nervous that this esim would be installed properly without an app and chat support. I follow all the guidelines and google advice on troubleshooting it, it eventually worked. It worked very well considering how affordable it is. Data usage check to be done within the setting app of your phone.

Works a treat, great value!
I used a TravelKon esim for Japan in January and it worked a treat. I looked around out of curiosity at other options but TravelKon still provides the best value for money for whatI need. 20GB of data has been perfect for me, set up was quick and easy and worked as soon as we landed in Singapore. And it's worked perfectly across Malaysia & Indonesia. Highly recommended! Until our next overseas trip. ..
