- Purchase your eSIM plan, provide EID and IMEI2 numbers by dialling *#06#
- AT&T eSIM do not have QR code, eSIM will be push directly into your phone on your chosen activation date
- Go to Settings > Mobile > Add eSIM, the AT&T eSIM will appear
- Turn on data roaming (in Canada & Mexico) to use the eSIM
- For immediate use, allow up to 24 hours for activation

- eSIM activation will occur one day prior to the activation date specified between 9 AM and 5 PM New York time (GMT-5).
- *$84 plan includes a 30GB limit and $94 plan includes a 50GB limit in USA & MX (then slowed to 1.5Mbps), Canada has 25GB data limit.

Troubleshooting Guide
eSIM not working? Don’t stress! Follow this guide to get you up and running.
- Disable VPN and any secondary SIM/eSIM lines (for dual SIM phones)
- Connect to Wi-Fi and go to Settings > Mobile > Add eSIM to add the AT&T eSIM.
- Confirm mobile data is sourced from our eSIM (i.e. the correct eSIM profile is selected)
- Turn data roaming on (Android: select all network)
- Wait up to 10 minutes for activation to occur
- APN: NXTGENPHONE | Username: [blank] | Password: [blank] (Android: select manually)
- Set the network operator to automatic. For Canada and Mexico, select manually, refer to the list below
- Restart your phone and/or turn on and off airplane mode
