Troubleshooting Guide

SIM not working? Don’t stress! Follow this guide to get you up and running.

  1. Disable VPN and any secondary SIM/eSIM lines (for dual SIM phones)
  2. Turn phone off, remove the SIM, insert the SIM back and turn phone on
  3. Confirm mobile data is sourced from our SIM (i.e. the correct SIM profile is selected)
  4. Turn data roaming on (Android: select all network)
  5. Wait up to 10 minutes for activation to occur
  6. APN: vzwinternet | Username: [blank] | Password: [blank] (Android: select manually)
  7. Set the network operator to automatic. For Canada and Mexico, select manually, refer to the list below
  8. Restart your phone and/or turn on and off airplane mode
  9. Still not working? Chat with us live, we’re here to help!

Repeat customer here. Sim came in clutch at airport upon arrival. At LAX, normal queue had 500 people, but MPC queue had 5. App would not submit over free wifi, but it worked perfectly as soon as I inserted my Sim. Well worth it for that queue cutting alone. Landing to pickup zone was 40 minutes for me. Data coverage in LA + surrounds solid so far, no dramas
