Activating your Verizon eSIM

This eSIM card require activation by us, we will activate the eSIM card based on the Activation date you provide at checkout, if your travel date changes simply inform us minimum 5 days in advance. Ensure data roaming is turned on (where applicable) and restart the phone to get the data working. If you purchase multiple eSIMs and want to activate them on different dates, please write the dates in the notes section at checkout.

If you’re unsure about your Activation Dates, you can enter your estimated date/s for your SIMs. Once you know your dates, please let us know via email at [email protected] or via our live chat.

We need your phone’s (eSIM) IMEI and EID number which can be found on your device settings or by dialling *#06#. Please provide the details during checkout. Note for Dual SIM phones you will have two IMEI please ensure you provide us with the correct IMEI for the eSIM (ask us if you are unsure).

For iPhone 14 and iPhone 15 please ensure you provide the IMEI that is currently not in used (usually IMEI2), make sure the IMEI2 is not being used for when Verizon pushes the eSIM to your device.

The eSIM will be activated on the day you have provided at checkout between 9am – 5pm (New York Time). If you want the eSIM to work before the stated time, we suggest activating the eSIM a day earlier. QR code can be found on our order confirmation email or on Verizon Website (both are the same generic QR code). iPhone users may get a notification direct from Verizon, if you got the notification just follow the setup prompt.

Please note that if the eSIM does not work check the following:

  1. You must be connected to Wi-Fi when scanning the QR code
  2. Turn data roaming on (if you are in Canada or Mexico)
  3. Reset the phone (turn off / on)
  4. Please note the QR code will only work once we have activated the eSIM – if you get an error message this means we have not activated the eSIM
