- Activation will be done on D-1 (i.e. one day before your arrival date) to ensure smooth activation, in which case you will only have 26 days of service, if you need the full 27 days please enter your travel date as +1 day. However activation time can be between 00:01AM – 21:00PM local time

Activating your Travel SIM Card
This SIM card require activation by us, we will activate the SIM card based on the Activation date(s) you provide at checkout, if your travel date changes simply inform us minimum 5 days in advance. Ensure data roaming is turned on and restart the phone to get the data working. If you have multiple SIM cards and want to activate them on different dates, please write the dates in the notes section at checkout.
If you’re unsure about your Activation Dates, you can enter your estimated date/s for your SIMs. Once you know your dates, please let us know via email at [email protected] or our via live chat.
Note: Please do not try to activate the card yourself as it may interfere with the activation process, if the data is not working please contact us first so we can investigate, live chat options are available via FB messenger and WhatsApp.
