The staff were very helpful from my 1st enquiry all the way to setting up my sim card in Japan.
Not sure if there is a sim card with both data and for making calls would have been very useful, other than that it was perfect. Will definitely use again especially if there is a promotion
I was recommended this company from a friend. There were other cheaper companies online but I was a bit skeptical how reliable they were. Travelkon was also an Australian company which made it more trustworthy. My first experience using Travelkon was smooth and the best thing about it was I was still able to receive SMS messages to my local mobile number while overseas (including authentication/OTP codes). I’ll use Travelkon again in future.

Very easy to use even for a non-tech savvy person – just read and follow the instructions. Connection was really good and worked instantly.
I didn’t get stable internet connection. I ended up buying a prepaid Sim card in Korea.
