Well,to start with, I was very nervous that this esim would be installed properly without an app and chat support. I follow all the guidelines and google advice on troubleshooting it, it eventually worked. It worked very well considering how affordable it is. Data usage check to be done within the setting app of your phone.

From the website design to the easy instructions and having all the information laid out. Getting the sim from TavelKon for China was so so easy and smooth. The reception was great and everything worked so well. I hope you guys are able to keep this service up and also at such a reasonable price. I would only recommend that there be some notification system to let the user know that they’re running low on data and need to recharge or purchase a new sim. Otherwise it was a perfect experience!!
The follow up e-mails and the instructions were superb, and easy to follow. The e-sim worked seamlessly for all the countries I visited.... UK, France and Italy.

This is so good, I'd never go with any other brand. For this particular trip i was going to Mexico as well as US and boom day off, get a notif, got to US worked straight away. Walked over to Mexico, had to restart but boom data straight away. Honestly never go back to trying to find local sims ever again. This is the best. You could probs just go with data but the calling and unlimited just gave me peace of mind
Few issues getting started but the very responsive support team helped to resolve them very quickly. Once overseas we always had very reception and availability
I used a TravelKon esim for Japan in January and it worked a treat. I looked around out of curiosity at other options but TravelKon still provides the best value for money for whatI need. 20GB of data has been perfect for me, set up was quick and easy and worked as soon as we landed in Singapore. Works well and once connected has good fast coverage. I’d suggest screenshotting the instructions before leaving as we forgot to turn on data roaming on arrival and spent the first couple hours without internet before we figured it out (local wifi has no VPN so you wouldn’t be able to google or WhatsApp the answer either). Also the hongkong ID verification takes about an hour and requires wifi - so you’ll need to connect to either airport or mtr wifi before you can verify passport and then wait another hr before data comes through. Super impressed with the WhatsApp troubleshooting service - quick helpful replies that always sorted out the issue right away. Thank you so much!
