Troubleshooting Guide
SIM not working? Don’t stress! Follow this guide to get you up and running
- Disable VPN and any secondary SIM/eSIM lines (for dual SIM phones)
- Turn phone off, remove the SIM, insert the SIM back and turn phone on
- Confirm mobile data is sourced from our SIM (i.e. the correct SIM profile is selected)
- Turn data roaming on (Android: select all network)
- Wait up to 10 minutes for activation to occur
- APN: mobile.three.com.hk | Username: [blank] Password: [blank] (Android: select manually)
- Turn off automatic network selection and manually choose from the list below.
- Restart your phone and/or turn on and off airplane mode

Travelkon China esim with unlimited data allowed me to stay in touch with family& friends at home using email, whatsapp, messenger & FB . . and also able to call some in China using data in case of emergency.

Efficient, on time delivery
All good, efficient and delivery was right on time. Instructions given through email. Have not used it yet though, as going away next month. Hope everything work out fine.

Setting up and activating the CMHK eSIM was straightforward and hassle-free. It connects to the China Mobile network in China. Initially, I encountered some sluggish connections on both iPhone and Android devices in certain areas, but disabling 5G resolved the issue. 4G speed proved to be more than sufficient.
For an 18-day trip with typical usage (excluding YouTube), 10GB of data is recommended.

eSim in China is a must! I cannot emphasize how crucial it was to have it activated the moment the airplane landed in China. It helped me register for the visa, make payments, commute and pay for stuff. TravelKon was affordable and the service just worked without complain. Their support is very approachable and was able to get quick and useful responses from the team. Cannot recommend it enough
