SIM not working? Don’t stress! Follow this guide to get you up and running.
- Disable VPN and any secondary SIM/eSIM lines (for dual SIM phones)
- Turn phone off, remove the SIM, insert the SIM back and turn phone on
- Confirm mobile data is sourced from our SIM (i.e. the correct SIM profile is selected)
- Turn data roaming on (Android: select all network)
- Wait up to 10 minutes for activation to occur
- Set APN and network operator as automatic, adjust only if not working

Convenient and easy!
We were travelling to Vietnam and South Korea for 2 weeks and bought this SIM card before we left. The physical SIM card arrived within a few days. When we arrived in Vietnam, it was pretty much plug, turn on roaming, wait 5 mins, and we were ready to go with a 4G connection. The experience was the same when we arrived in South Korea.
Having the SIM was so convenient for our late arrivals at each country as we were able to use data to book Grab or check downloaded apps without needing to buy a SIM locally at the airport.
Only feedback would be to be notified when we are reaching our data limit as we ran out of data on the last day of our trip and had to use local wifi.

Great Sim for travel use and reasonable cost comparatively. Had no setup required, merely had the Sim inserted in slot 2 before departure and switching on the phone on arrival in China. All apps works immediately.
My thanks to the support team that helped me resolved an issue with hotspot. The Sim auto setup had no issues, as the error was identified to a phone setup. Much appreciated.
Lastly, I continue using the phone for a few days, a stopover before departing home.
