Activating your AT&T SIM

This SIM card require activation by us, we will activate the SIM card based on the Activation date you provide at checkout, if your travel date changes simply inform us minimum 5 days in advance. Ensure data roaming is turned on (where applicable) and restart the phone to get the data working. If you purchase multiple SIMs and want to activate them on different dates, please write the dates in the notes section at checkout.

If you’re unsure about your Activation Dates, you can enter your estimated date/s for your SIMs. Once you know your dates, please let us know via email at [email protected] or via our live chat.

The SIM will be activated on the day you have provided at checkout between 9am – 5pm (New York Time). If you want the SIM to work before the stated time, we suggest activating the SIM a day earlier.
