Important Notes
- SIM activation will occur on the activation date specified between 9 AM and 5 PM New York time (GMT-5). We recommend entering your activation date one day earlier for smooth activation.
- Unsure about activation dates? Enter an estimate. Once dates are confirmed, email us at [email protected] or use live chat
- Do not activate the card yourself as it may interfere with the activation process, if data isn’t working contact us via live chat.
- You must check device compatibility; no refunds will be provided for devices incompatible with the AT&T network.
- Check network coverage in your intended travel areas; Coverage issues are outside our control and we do not offer refunds.
Troubleshooting Guide
SIM not working? Don’t stress! Follow this guide to get you up and running.
- Disable VPN and any secondary SIM/eSIM lines (for dual SIM phones)
- Turn phone off, remove the SIM, insert the SIM back and turn phone on
- Confirm mobile data is sourced from our SIM (i.e. the correct SIM profile is selected)
- Turn data roaming on (Android: select all network)
- Wait up to 10 minutes for activation to occur
- APN: NXTGENPHONE | Username: [blank] | Password: [blank] (Android: select manually)
- Set the network operator to automatic. For Canada and Mexico, select manually, refer to the list below
- Restart your phone and/or turn on and off airplane mode

AT&T restrict ability for Australian phones to use their network. Ended up visiting AT&T store to resolve, but they unable to assist because its a hardware issue. Was unable to use purchased SIM.

On the product page we have outlined that your phone must be compatible with the AT&T network and it is the customer responsibility to check. Unfortunately it looks like the phone you are using must not be on the list therefore you cannot use it.
We ask customer to please read and check the product page before purchasing. Most popular phones such as iPhones are compatible.
