Things to know

- Check your mobile phone number via your phone settings
- Dial *777# to check data usage or by registering on AT&T portal
- iPhone with eSIM functionality can purchase the eSIM version
Important Notes
- SIM activation will occur one day prior to the activation date specified between 9 AM and 5 PM New York time (GMT-5).
- No high-speed data, the SIM comes with a maximum speed of 3Mbps before slowing to 1.5Mbps once the 30GB data allowance is exchausted.
- Do not activate the card yourself as it may interfere with the activation process, if data isn’t working contact us via live chat.
- You must check device compatibility; no refunds will be provided for devices incompatible with the AT&T network.
- Check network coverage in your intended travel areas; Coverage issues are outside our control and we do not offer refunds.

- Disable VPN and any secondary SIM/eSIM lines (for dual SIM phones)
- Turn phone off, remove the SIM, insert the SIM back and turn phone on
- Confirm mobile data is sourced from our SIM (i.e. the correct SIM profile is selected)
- Turn data roaming on (Android: select all network)
- Wait up to 10 minutes for activation to occur
- APN: NXTGENPHONE | Username: [blank] | Password: [blank] (Android: select manually)
- Set the network operator to automatic. For Canada and Mexico, select manually, refer to the list below
- Restart your phone and/or turn on and off airplane mode

The TravelKon card was super easy to set up and use. Had excellent coverage the whole time in Oregon, Washington state, Minneapolis Minnesota , Wisconsin and Chicago Illinois. Better than another well publicised brand. Definitely will use again. Well done.

So far travelkon has been excellent. Travelling around Canada and USA, haven’t had any problems with it as yet. And we hope that this will stay like this until the end of our journey (41 more days to go).
