Thing’s to know

- The eSIM will only “activate” when you are in the coverage countries, you can add the eSIM in Australia but note that it will NOT activate the eSIM
- eSIM must connect to a supported network and be used within 90 days of purchase to avoid expiration
- Check data usage by texting “conso” to 680 or by calling 634 to speak to customer support agents. If this method does not work please use mobile phone settings to check data usage.
- Please make your purchase carefully as no refunds will be provided once the eSIM is sent
- If you received any text messages in French asking to register or provide ID, please ignore the text message as this is NOT required

We have outlined this is a French eSIM. Unfortunately we have no control on the text messages and the operator does not have an easy way to check data usage so we advised travellers to please use their mobile phone settings to check data usage.
