Important Notes

  • SIM will not work on Modem/Mifi/Pocket Wifi device
  • Check network coverage in your intended travel areas; Coverage issues are outside our control and we do not offer refunds
  • There is no coverage in Pattani, Narathiwat, and Yala region in Thailand

Troubleshooting Guide

SIM not working? Don’t stress! Follow this guide to get you up and running

  1. Disable VPN and any secondary SIM/eSIM lines (for dual SIM phones)
  2. Turn phone off, remove the SIM, insert the SIM back and turn phone on
  3. Confirm mobile data is sourced from our SIM (i.e. the correct SIM profile is selected)
  4. Turn data roaming on (Android: select all network)
  5. Wait up to 10 minutes for activation to occur
  6. APN: mobile.three.com.hk | Username: [blank]  Password: [blank] (Android: select manually)
  7. Turn off automatic network selection and manually choose from the list below.
  8. Restart your phone and/or turn on and off airplane mode
  9. Still not working? Chat with us live, we’re here to help!

I highly recommend purchasing an eSIM when traveling overseas. It made our trip so much easier since we didn’t have to search for free Wi-Fi wherever we went. Bought the esim for use in Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore etc. It was dead easy to install. So far only using in Bali and no problem with network coverage.

Great coverage in Vietnam & Cambodia. Never had a problem. Price was very reasonable. A bit tricky (probably my fault) to get it up and running. Contacted Travelkon and had immediate support. Will definitely buy again when going overseas.
