Things to know
- The SIM’s provider is CHT (taiwanese operator)
- Simple plug & play activation

- There is no way to check data usage, you will need to use your mobile phone settings to track how much data have been used.
Troubleshooting Guide
Please insert the SIM card only when you land at your destination otherwise the SIM may be activated in Australia.
The SIM card activates when you insert the SIM card into your phone, our SIM generally works with no issues, however if you encounter any issues with the SIM, please check the following:
- Insert the SIM into your phone, turn off any other SIM and any VPN (if applicable)
- Turn data roaming on (Android: select all network)
- Turn on mobile data and wait at least 5-10 minutes for activation – do NOT change any settingsÂ
- APN should be “internet” (if it is not automatic)
- Network operator should be automatically selected but if it isn’t please select manually to the network operators listed below
- Turn phone off, take out the SIM, insert the SIM back and turn phone on -> repeat the steps above
- Please contact us if the above steps still does not work

Easy to purchase. Fast delivery. However, we had connectivity issues in Cambodia – we got 4G for about 10 minutes, then it reverted to 3G with no internet access. To resolve, we had to turn our phones ot flight move, then purchase dinner from street ventors using a user-pays ATM.
Did not work for me in Phu Quoc Vietnam when it was working in Saigon. Had to play around and change the carrier from whatever it defaulted to to Viettel and data came through again. Convenient to buy before you travel though much cheaper and quite quick options at Saigon airport even before customs.
