Important Notes
- SIM activation will occur on the activation date specified between 9 AM and 5 PM New York time (GMT-5). We recommend entering your activation date one day earlier for smooth activation.
- Unsure about activation dates? Enter an estimate. Once dates are confirmed, email us at support@travelkon.com.au or use live chat
- Do not activate the card yourself as it may interfere with the activation process, if data isn’t working contact us via live chat.
- T-Mobile may de-prioritise your data speed if data usage is over 50 GB per month.
- Check network coverage in your intended travel areas (poor coverage in Alaska); Coverage issues are outside our control and we do not offer refunds
Troubleshooting Guide
SIM not working? Don’t stress! Follow this guide to get you up and running.
- Disable VPN and any secondary SIM/eSIM lines (for dual SIM phones)
- Turn phone off, remove the SIM, insert the SIM back and turn phone on
- Confirm mobile data is sourced from our SIM (i.e. the correct SIM profile is selected)
- Turn data roaming on (Android: select all network)
- Wait up to 10 minutes for activation to occur
- APN: Fast.t-mobile.com | Username: [blank] | Password: [blank] (Android: select manually)
- Set the network operator to automatic. For Canada and Mexico, select manually, refer to the list below
- Restart your phone and/or turn on and off airplane mode
