Things to know
- The SIM’s provider is 3HK (Note: TikTok App will NOT work)

- There is no way to check data usage, you will need to use your mobile phone settings to track how much data have been used.
Troubleshooting Guide
The SIM card activates once you insert the SIM into your phone, please ensure the mobile data and roaming is turned on. Please note that if SIM card does not work check the following:
- Network operator should be automatically selected but if it isn’t please select manually to:
- USA: T-Mobile (or AT&T) – please note that coverage is very poor on Alaska and Hawaii
- Canada: Rogers
- NZ: Vodafone
- UK: 3
- HK: 3
- Australia: Optus
- Turn data roaming on
- Reset the phone (turn off / on)
Please insert the SIM card only when you land in your destination country otherwise the SIM may be activated in Australia.

Great customer service. When our sim did not work in the US, they provided a credit even though we contacted after the trip was over and made other arrangements.
