- Please check your mobile phone compatibility here – if your phone is not listed we cannot guarantee that it will work.
- This SIM comes with a HK number (NOT USA number)
- There is no way to check data usage, you will need to use your mobile phone settings to track how much data have been used.
Troubleshooting Guide
The SIM card activates upon insert no need to register, please ensure the mobile data and roaming is on. Please note that if SIM card does not work check the following:
- Network operator should be automatically selected but if it isn’t please select manually to AT&T or T-Mobile
- Turn data roaming on
- APN should be “mobile.lte.three.com.hk” (if it is not automatic)
- Reset the phone (turn off / on)
- Please note calls may NOT work, however we were advised you can try using T-Mobile network to make voice calls
Please insert the SIM card only when you land in USA otherwise the sim may be activated in Australia.

Delivered on time, works the moment you put the sim in. Most difficult part is trying to find a pin to put the new sim in/out! Would be great to include a pin if possible.
