Important Notes

SIM activation will occur on the activation date specified between 9 AM and 5 PM New York time (GMT-5). We recommend entering your activation date one day earlier for smooth activation.

Troubleshooting Guide

SIM not working? Don’t stress! Follow this guide to get you up and running.

Disable VPN and any secondary SIM/eSIM lines (for dual SIM phones)
Turn phone off, remove the SIM, insert the SIM back and turn phone on
Confirm mobile data is sourced from our SIM (i.e. the correct SIM profile is selected)
Turn data roaming on (Android: select all network)
Wait up to 10 minutes for activation to occur
APN: vzwinternet | Username: [blank] | Password: [blank] (Android: select manually)
Set the network operator to automatic. For Canada and Mexico, select manually, refer to the list below
Restart your phone and/or turn on and off airplane mode

This is so good, I'd never go with any other brand. For this particular trip i was going to Mexico as well as US and boom day off, get a notif, got to US worked straight away. Walked over to Mexico, had to restart but boom data straight away. Honestly never go back to trying to find local sims ever again. This is the best. You could probs just go with data but the calling and unlimited just gave me peace of mind

Repeat customer here. Sim came in clutch at airport upon arrival. At LAX, normal queue had 500 people, but MPC queue had 5. App would not submit over free wifi, but it worked perfectly as soon as I inserted my Sim. Well worth it for that queue cutting alone. Landing to pickup zone was 40 minutes for me. Data coverage in LA + surrounds solid so far, no dramas
