Things to know

  • The SIM’s provider is 3HK (Note: TikTok App will NOT work)
  • Simple plug & play activation
  • No ID registration needed (registration is required in HK & Taiwan, registration link here)
  • Compatible with GSM devices
  • Works in all unlocked devices (mobile phones only)
  • There is no way to check data usage, you will need to use your mobile phone settings to track how much data have been used.
  • Please be aware that the SIM card has a validity period of 365 days. 3HK reserves the right to change included countries and data inclusion without prior notice. If a country you planned to visit is no longer included after you’ve used the SIM elsewhere, please note that no refunds will be provided.

Troubleshooting Guide

The SIM card activates once you insert the SIM into your phone, please ensure the mobile data and roaming is turned on. Please note that if SIM card does not work check the following:

  1. Network operator should be automatically selected
  2. Turn data roaming on
  3. Reset the phone (turn off / on)

**Social Media Data is only available to the use of mobile apps (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, LINE & WeChat) The social data is applicable for using Facebook (Including Facebook Messenger & Mobile Web & , Instagram, WhatsApp, LINE & WeChat for local data usage, VoIP voice call, video call, delivery of text and voice messages, images and video clips as well as browse content in word, image or video format except: designated apps download and update, using in-app location based & check in features, playing videos via WeChat Moment & using WeChat wallet, accessing or downloading content from and/or redirection to any other websites or applications within the designated apps and any extra mobile data required by pop up messages. Any other and non-waived mobile data usage will be deducted from the local mobile data. The designated social mobile apps are provided by third party suppliers, the content and the settings of the Social Apps service may change from time to time without any notice. 3HK shall not be responsible for any liability incurred

Please insert the sim card only when you land at your destination otherwise the SIM may be activated in Australia.

  1. One look at instructions for installing an eSim and I knew I needed a physical one. I contacted TravelKon on Whatsapp and they replied immediately and clearly and my cards arrived in time for my trip. I popped one in when I arrived in Singapore and it worked a charm. No complications, no weirdness, no steps to follow – it just worked. Pretty much what you want when you’d rather be focusing your brain on your trip than on your phone service. A most excellent solution.

  3. Took quite a while to reach the postal address in a major city. Will be activating in a month so trust that goes well.
