Thing’s to know
- You will receive a redemption code and instruction on how to exchange it for the QR code
- The redemption code will be emailed instantly and does not expiry, once you redeemed the code for the QR code, you will have 30 days to activate and use the eSIM
- Simply scan of the QR code to add the eSIM to your phone (Please DO NOT delete the eSIM as we are not be able to recover the QR code)
- This eSIM’s provider is Orange (French +33 number will be provided)
- Compatible with unlocked eSIM-compatible mobile phones only – See the table below
- eSIM plan will activate when you scan the QR code – please DO NOT scan the QR code if you do not want to activate the plan – no refunds will be provided once you scan the QR code

Troubleshooting Guide
Our eSIM generally works with no issues, however if you encounter any issues with the eSIM, please check the following:
- You must be connected to Wi-Fi when scanning the eSIM
- Turn off any other SIM and any VPN (if applicable), your phone also must also not be on airplane mode
- Turn data roaming on (Android: select all network)
- Ensure mobile data is sourced from our SIM and wait at least 10 minutes for activation – refrain from changing any mobile settingsÂ
- Enter the default pin: 0000
- APN should be automatic.
- Network operator should be automatically selected
- Restart your phone (off / on) or turn airplane mode on / off
- If you experience drop outs please turn on / off the eSIM line
- Please check your mobile network settings to make sure the eSIM was installed (occasionally it may looked like the eSIM did not install successfully however it may already be installed on your phone)
- Please do not delete the eSIM, if you delete the eSIM we will not be able to reset the QR code.
eSIM QR code redemption instruction will be sent via email instantly (please check your junk/spam email). Please note if you purchase a physical SIM in the same order, the eSIM will need to be sent manually (i.e. NOT instant), we recommend buying the eSIM separately.
