Troubleshooting Guide
SIM not working? Don’t stress! Follow this guide to get you up and running.
- Disable VPN and any secondary SIM/eSIM lines (for dual SIM phones)
- Turn phone off, remove the SIM, insert the SIM back and turn phone on
- Confirm mobile data is sourced from our SIM (i.e. the correct SIM profile is selected)
- Turn data roaming on (Android: select all network)
- Wait up to 10 minutes for activation to occur
- APN: three.co.uk | Username: [blank] | Password: [blank] (Android: select manually)
- Network operator should be set as automatic
- Restart your phone and/or turn on and off airplane mode

So far everything has gone well, received my SIM cards quick and well packaged. I haven’t inserted them or enabled them yet, so fingers crossed that goes well

Unfortunately Australia Post messed up delivery of my sim despite the parcel being addressed correctly, but Travelkon were excellent in their communication with me and quick to reimburse.
Excellent value for money, and arrived really quickly. The Sim was easy to install and use, and so much cheaper than setting up roaming on my phone. This was perfect for us as we used our phones for the GPS while driving through the Scottish countryside, and the cruised around Europe.
I would definitely use TravelKon again!
