Our eSIM generally works with no issues, however if you encounter any issues with the eSIM, please check the following:
- You must be connected to Wi-Fi when scanning the eSIM
- Turn any other SIM line OFF (for dual SIM phones) and any VPN
- Reset the phone (turn off / on)
- If you accidentally deleted the eSIM – we would not be able to help, please do NOT delete the eSIM
Instruction how to obtained the eSIM QR code will be sent via email within 24 hours (please check your junk/spam email). Please note if you have not received it within 2 days please contact us. For any urgent delivery please contact us via live chat.
