Things to know

- Simple scan of the QR code or get a notification straight to your device to set up the eSIM (once activated)
- If you purchase the eSIM for immediate use, please note you will need to allow for up to 24 hours for the activation
- Please ensure your mobile phone’s OS is updated to the latest software or the eSIM may not work

- Dial #932# to check data usage, if you receive any prompt/texts about have zero credit balance, please ignore the message.
Activating your T-Mobile eSIM
This eSIM card require activation by us, we will activate the eSIM card based on the Activation date(s) you provide at checkout, if your travel date changes simply inform us minimum 5 days in advance. Ensure data roaming is turned on (where applicable) and restart the phone to get the data working. If you purchase multiple eSIMs and want to activate them on different dates, please write the dates in the notes section at checkout.
If you’re unsure about your Activation Dates, you can enter your estimated date/s for your SIMs. Once you know your dates, please let us know via email at [email protected] or our via live chat.
We need your phone’s (eSIM) IMEI and EID number which can be found on your device settings or by dialling *#06#. Please provide the details during checkout. Note for Dual SIM phones you will have two IMEI please ensure you provide us with the correct IMEI for the eSIM (Google your handset if you are unsure)
The eSIM will be activated on the day you have provided at checkout between 9am – 5pm (New York Time). If you want the eSIM to work before the stated time, we suggest activating the eSIM a day earlier. QR code can be found on our order confirmation email or on T-Mobile Website (both are the same generic QR code). iPhone users may get a notification direct from T-Mobile, if you got the notification just follow the setup prompt.
Please note that if the eSIM does not work check the following:
- You must be connected to Wi-Fi when scanning the QR code
- Turn data roaming on (if you purchased the add-on and you are in Canada or Mexico)
- Reset the phone (turn off / on)
- Please note the QR code will only work once we have activated the eSIM – if you get an error message this means we have not activated the eSIM
