Important Notes
- Any (data/calls) usage outside the plan inclusion, including accidental usage, will deactivate your eSIM service
- DO NOT install the eSIM outside the coverage countries
- DO NOT use the eSIM in non-coverage countries or make calls outside the EU/UK
- DO NOT make calls to premium numbers or calls to UK 08 non-geographic numbers
- The 30-day plan begins upon redeeming the redemption code.

Troubleshooting Guide
eSIM not working? Don’t stress! Follow this guide to get you up and running.
- Disable VPN and any secondary SIM/eSIM lines (for dual SIM phones)
- Connect to Wi-Fi and disable airplane mode before scanning the eSIM.
- Confirm mobile data is sourced from our eSIM (i.e. the correct eSIM profile is selected)
- Turn data roaming on (Android: select all network)
- Wait up to 10 minutes for activation to occur
- APN: idata.o2.co.uk | Username: vertigo | Password: [blank] (Android: select manually) OR
APN: mobile.o2.co.uk | Username: [blank] | Password: [blank] (Android: select manually) - Network operator should be set as automatic, if not working try selecting each available network manually
- Restart your phone and/or turn on and off airplane mode
