Important Notes
- The default pin is 0000
- Purchase carefully, as no refunds are available once the eSIM is sent.
- eSIM must not be deleted, as it cannot be reinstalled, and no refunds are available.

Troubleshooting Guide
eSIM not working? Don’t stress! Follow this guide to get you up and running.
- Disable VPN and any secondary SIM/eSIM lines (for dual SIM phones)
- Connect to Wi-Fi and disable airplane mode before scanning the eSIM.
- Confirm mobile data is sourced from our eSIM (i.e. the correct eSIM profile is selected)
- Turn data roaming on (Android: select all network)
- Wait up to 10 minutes for activation to occur
- Enter the default pin: 0000
- APN: orange | Username: orange | Password: orange (Android: select manually)
- Network operator should be set as automatic, if not working try selecting each supported network manually
- Restart your phone and/or turn on and off airplane mode

All good except trying to register so I could extend my time. Did not have account number as trouble with emails while overseas. Had paid for extension but could not use as account expired.
Very easy to set up, and excellent for Europe specifically Paris. Really happy with the amount of data and unlimited calls.
