Thing’s to know

  • You will receive a redemption code and instruction on how to exchange it for the QR code
  • The redemption code will be emailed instantly and does not expiry, once you redeemed the code for the QR code, you will have 30 days to activate and use the eSIM
  • Simply scan of the QR code to add the eSIM to your phone (Please DO NOT delete the eSIM as we are not be able to recover the QR code)
  • No calls or texts included (data-only eSIM)
  • No ID registration needed
  • This eSIM’s provider is CSL (Hong Kong operator)
  • Please make your purchase carefully as no refunds will be provided once the eSIM is sent (especially if it is within 24 hours)
  • Compatible with unlocked eSIM-compatible mobile phones only – See the table below

Troubleshooting Guide

Our eSIM generally works with no issues, however if you encounter any issues with the eSIM, please check the following:

  1. You must be connected to Wi-Fi when scanning the eSIM
  2. Turn off any other SIM and any VPN (if applicable), your phone also must also not be on airplane mode
  3. Turn data roaming on (Android: select all network)
  4. Turn on mobile data and wait at least 5-10 minutes for activation – do NOT change any settings 
  5. APN should be “mobile” (if it is not automatic)
  6. Network operator should be automatically selected but if it isn’t please select manually to Globe
  7. Restart your phone (off / on) or turn airplane mode on / off
  8. If you experience drop outs please turn on / off the eSIM line and you may also want to try selecting a different operator manually where applicable
  9. Please check your mobile network settings to make sure the eSIM was installed (occasionally it may looked like the eSIM did not install successfully however it may already be installed on your phone)
  10. Please do not delete the eSIM, if you accidentally deleted the SIM we may not able to recover the eSIM.

eSIM QR code redemption instruction will be sent via email instantly (please check your junk/spam email). Please note if you purchase a physical SIM in the same order, the eSIM will need to be sent manually (i.e. NOT instant), we recommend buying the eSIM separately.
