  • Note: this Vinaphone eSIM replaced the 15 days Vietnamobile from 27 Aug 2023 -> if you have purchased the old eSIM the APN is m9-wintel

Troubleshooting Guide

Our eSIM generally works with no issues, however if you encounter any issues with the eSIM, please check the following:

  1. You must be connected to Wi-Fi when scanning the eSIM
  2. Turn any other SIM line OFF (for dual SIM phones) and any VPN
  3. Reset the phone (turn off / on)
  4. If you accidentally deleted the eSIM – we would not be able to help, please do NOT delete the eSIM
  5. APN detail should be m3-world (add manually if not automatic)
